|Recommended: NoDon't believe any positive reviews on this place from fall 2025 and on The management has raised the rent 500 since I first moved in and none of that has gone into genuinely fixing this old place. The management has also caused some problems for me lately that I refuse to put up with. A specific individual tried to be my roommate and I absolutely didn't want it for my mental health but they didn't honor my request and moved him in regardless. I went to them with complaints explaining the situation and they told me the only option was to confront him asking him to move out next semester or for me to do the same. They also didn't give me the new apartment code during the spring break which I did pay for . After messaging them about it before returning home they all of the sudden stopped responding in the middle of my plea for help because it was 5pm and they all were done working and caring once again. I had to sleep in my car that night. They finally gave me the code next morning

|Recommended: YesNauvoo House — It has only been the first week of the semester and it has been great. The staff is awesome For parking you need to make sure that you have marked that you wanted parking with your lease, or you’ll be put on a new waitlist.
|Recommended: YesApartment Review — Me and my roommate moved in yesterday and let me tell you, the apartment was pretty dirty. There was a couple of bugs in our bathroom, a ring of dirt around the toilet, and the drawers in the bathroom were disgusting. We also had knobs missing on our cabinets which was annoying. Other than the cleanliness, the apartment is great the area is convenient, bedrooms are spacious, and good kitchen space. I would just ask that next time it’s more clean.
